When we first Mia and Phil, we bonded over our love of food, and Phil’s passion for organizing events. After all, he was the brains behind the Mac N’ Cheese Fest. It’s also pretty amazing when we get to connect with people with a keen eye for branding and design. It’s a match made in heaven, us and them! And with all that said, it is with great excitement that we announce Mia + Phil are getting married TOMORROW!
You might be thinking… wait a minute, doesn’t this post say “Toronto City Hall WEDDING”? Aren’t they already married? Well, they are! We just have the great pleasure of shooting their wedding TWICE! Not too long ago, Mia and Phil had a civil ceremony with just their parents as witnesses. But this Friday, they’re doing it all over again with family and friends. We’re pretty excited for round two, because they’re basically taking over a small town, and it’s going to be awesome!
We shot their Civil wedding photos back when it was still a bit chilly outside. It rained as well, but as any knowing photographer will tell you, the lighting is better when it does! Mia and Phil are such a lovely couple, and we genuinely had a lot of fun during their shoot. We’ll be posting previews of their other wedding soon, but for the time being, here are some shots we took after their civil ceremony!
