ARLINGTON ESTATE WEDDINGVaughan, Ontario
If you’ve been following along with my posts, you might remember Ula and Tim from their Aga Khan Museum engagement. Today, I’m super excited to share some snippets from their beautiful Arlington Estate Wedding in Vaughan!
Ula and Tim were introduced by their parents and a mutual friend. When they were in Taiwan, Tim took her to a French cafe. While Ula enthusiastically ate several desserts in a row, she noticed that Tim wasn’t eating very much. She became really worried, because Tim normally ate like a beast (her words, not mine!). Turns out Tim was just extremely nervous, because he was preparing to pop the question! He presented Ula with 99 roses and proposed to her. It goes without saying, that she said YES. The rest is history, and here are a few snippets from their wedding day.

For their Arlington Estate wedding, Ula & Tim chose a pastel colour scheme, accented with geometric ornaments, all of which were painstakingly handmade by the groom with thin copper pipes and fishing wire.

Getting your guests out of their seats and involved in some games during the wedding reception is a GREAT idea. For this game, the MC assigned two leaders and had them recruit guests to join their team. One of my favourite moments from the whole day was when the two teams fought over who would get Ula’s grandmother! LOL

To end off the night, Ula and Tim arranged to have a Bubble Tea bar delivered from the Alley. It was the perfect sweet treat, after a long wedding day!
